Did you know?

Fraser Island is a World Heritage Listed Island and is the traditional home of the Butchulla People. The indigenous name for Fraser Island is K'Gari and we are now to refer to the Island by its traditional name.

K'Gari has one of Australia's most rich and diverse fishing areas. The artificial reef is the largest in the southern hemisphere and was built to help stop the decline of the local fish population. It is now home to reef fish, including large groper, coral trout, sweet lip, red emperor, parrotfish and cod.
